Morse code practice
Two modes: a Koch trainer that plays random groups at your target speed, and a quiz that asks you to type the character you hear. Everything runs in your browser.
Koch trainer
Plays random 5-character groups using only the letters in your active set. Start with K, M and add one character at a time once you copy comfortably.
Suggested order: K M R S U A P T L O W I . N J E F 0 Y V , G 5 / Q 9 Z H 3 8 B ? 4 2 7 C 1 D 6 X

Single-character quiz
We play one Morse character. Type it. The next one starts automatically — see how fast you can get with full ITU spec timing.
18 WPM
Press Start.
How to learn fast
- Practice 5 minutes a day, every day. Short sessions beat long ones.
- Stay at full character speed (≥ 18 WPM). Use Farnsworth to slow only the gaps.
- Add the next character once you hit ≥ 90% accuracy on the current set.
- Type what you hear — never count dots.
- Switch up the tone (around 600–700 Hz) so you don’t over-fit to one frequency.
